Due to the nature of our feminine products, we prioritize the health, hygiene, and safety of our customers. Once a product has been purchased and received, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at GoddessBaeLLC@Gmail.com.
If the item(s) that you received is not what you ordered, please reach out to us via email and provide a photo of the product(s) received as well as your order number. Once it is confirmed that the wrong item was received, we will provide you with the correct item(s). You MUST notify us within 3 days of your product being delivered if there is an issue with your package.
We do not provide refunds for gift cards for any reason. All gift card sales are final.
